TEED-4018: Introduction to Computer in Education

The class TEED-4018: Introduction to Computer in Education was the first ever class I have ever taken with the focus in technology in education. Personally my knowledge in technology is pretty basic and still needs improvement but this class helped me improve my relationship with tecnology. I tend to stay within my comfort zone but this class pushed me beyond my comfrot zone and inspired me to explore the many uses of technology and its benefit in the classroom when teaching. Technology is often portrayed as an enemy to teachers but technology can be a powrful ally. For instance the creation of a video for Story telling can engage students to learn about floktales in a more visual way. Just like I did in the video The Legend of the Humming bird.
